Tidak ada yang lebih baik dari sarapan sehat di pagi hari. Sarapan sederhana ataupun yang rumit sekalipun, banyak sekali varian makanan yang dapat anda buat di pagi hari. Mungkin anda bosan dengan buah-buahan dan minum jus setiap pagi karena anda tidak punya banyak waktu untuk mempersiapkan makanan di pagi hari. Sarapan merupakan hal yang penting untuk memberikan anda stamina untuk memulai hari dan segala aktivitas anda. Sarapan juga dapat meningkatkan mood anda dan mengurangi stress. this quinoa summer salad is our bff for when we kinda got carried away in takeout land over the weekend (WE’VE ALL BEEN THERE OK). 🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏿‍♀️ its also kind of an over achiever in that it's nutrition-packed, has vegan potential, and is get-out-of-town delicious.⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ you'll need:⠀ 2 cups cooked quinoa⠀ 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes⠀ 2 cups spinach leaves⠀ 1 cup of grilled veggies (we love zucchini!)⠀ fresh mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup magic green sauce (search it on the blog!)⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ toss everything together in a bowl and enjoy!⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #salad #summer #quinoa #vegetarian #potluck #onthetable

first of all, lol to “pasta” and “salad” existing together but we’re from minnesota and this is how we do things around here ✌🏼sorry we don’t make the rules. this pasta salad is noodles and meat and cheese and every other great thing you could possibly think of. pair this situation with a glass of rosé? psshhh, game over.⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ blitz up for the dressing:⠀ 3/4 cup olive oil⠀ 2 tablespoons white vinegar (white vinegar or red wine vinegar work)⠀ 2 tablespoons water⠀ 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt (less for table salt)⠀ 1-2 teaspoons sugar⠀ 1 teaspoon dry oregano⠀ 1 teaspoon dry basil⠀ 1 clove garlic⠀ black pepper to taste⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ mix dressing in a bowl with:⠀ 1 lb. cooked pasta⠀ 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese balls, cut in half⠀ 1 lb. summer sausage or salami, cut into chunks⠀ 3 cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half⠀ 3/4 cup black olives, sliced⠀ 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley⠀ sliced red onion, crumbled feta cheese, pepperoncini (optional)⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #pasta #salad #summer #potluck #basic #italian #recipe #onthetable

the broccoli salad you’ve always known (oh heck yeah we’re talkin ‘bout that mayo-covered, bacon-smothered pot luck classic) but like if she were to have an internship at Goop for the summer. 💅🏼💅🏾💅🏿 the flavor is, no joke, even better than the original. this is modern day magic.⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ blitz up for the dressing:⠀ 2/3 cup orange juice⠀ 2 tbsp soy sauce⠀ 2 tablespoons almond butter⠀ 1 shallot⠀ 2 tbsp canola oil⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ toss dressing with:⠀ 2 heads broccoli, cut into small florets⠀ 2 cups chopped purple cabbage⠀ 1/2 cup golden raisins⠀ 1/2 cup slivered almonds⠀ 1/2 cup chopped green onions⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #salad #broccoli #potluck #summer #vegetarian #vegan #plantstrong #onthetable

20. Chickpeas

chickpeas – love or hate? these moroccan-spiced chickpeas have made me reconsider my feelings. 🤩 build your own salad bowls with this stuff, or, if you're me, just scoop out the chickpeas with a warm piece of pita bread. yeah, did that. ⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ you'll need:⠀ 1 tablespoon olive oil⠀ 1/4 cup chopped onion⠀ 1 clove garlic, minced⠀ 1 tablespoon each – chili powder and cumin⠀ 1 teaspoon each – turmeric and garam masala⠀ 1 teaspoon sea salt⠀ dash of each – cinnamon and cayenne⠀ 2 14-ounce cans chickpeas⠀ 2 14-ounce cans fire roasted diced tomatoes⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. add the onion; saute until soft. add the garlic, spices, salt, and chickpeas – stir until very fragrant. add the tomatoes (undrained) and simmer for 20 minutes.⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ serve the chickpea mixture with all your fave health things and a boatload of herbs (mint, parsley, cilantro). yum!⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #detox #moroccan #chickpeas #vegetarian #vegan #meatless #plantbased #onthetable
